Teresa Zivarts lives for wine. She has traveled the new and old world for wine, and will in fact work for wine. Her pallet development began at an illegal age. Since that time, Teresa’s wine education has included formal classroom wine education and a bottomless appetite to taste
every wine available to her. She was also the non-silent partner in Detour Import and Distribution, focusing on importing boutique wines from Argentina. Her desert island mixed case would include wine from Burgundy, Southern Rhone, Champagne, St Emillion, Salta, and of course her favorite place Grey Goose!
