WINE WORLD & Spirits has a Growler Bar setup on our back tasting bar. With five beers on tap, we will be focusing on local beers from Washington breweries and an occasional surprise from other breweries.
Currently on Tap:
Pelican Pub and Brewery Red Lantern IPA $12
“Just as red lanterns were once used to guide fishing boats to home base at the end of the day during foggy winter weather, our Red Lantern IPA is the perfect way to end your winter day. Born from our brewer’s love of hops and craving for a deep caramel backbone, the rich red color and medium body delivers just the right balance. Copious amounts of El Dorado hops give Red Lantern a clean hoppy finish.”
Georgetown Brewing Company Roger’s Pilsner $11
For normal people:
Darn tasty Strong Ale
For beer lovers:
This dark copper ale is a rich, bready brew with caramel, toasted nut and dried fruit flavors. Late addition hops accentuate the sweetness, giving the beer earth and citrus characters without overwhelming the malt profile. The last of our 3 beers using the London Ale Yeast.
For beer geeks:
Malts – 2 row, Munich, Chocolate
Hops – Summit, Saaz, Crystal, Sterling
Other – Oats
London Ale Yeast
Stillwater Artisanal Ales
Brew master Brian Strumke started Stillwater Artisanal Ales about 4 or so yeas ago as a “gypsy brewer” borrowing production space at a number of breweries across Europe and the United States. Strumke describes his style as “old world psychedelic” blending elements of classic and modern styles from both sides of the Atlantic.
Classique Saison pays homage to American Industrial Yellow beers with a modern craft approach brewed with corn, rice and Pilsner malts, cascade hops, and Farmhouse Ale yeast. It has a clean refreshing quality with hints of grass, fresh baked bread, a grapefruit citrus snap and tingly carbonation.
I highly recommend this beer if you haven’t tried it yet. Available on tap and in cans.
64oz Growler $16
12oz cans 6 pack $14.99

Nice lower alcohol session-able style IPA full and complex maltiness balances bold piney hop flavors and aromas.

Revolution oatmeal stout is Black Market’s response to the many requests we have had for a great tasting, yet not simply ordinary, stout. We use just enough oats to give the chocolate and roasted malts a silky – smooth finish, yet we generously hop Revolution to keep it from being boring and mundane. Revolution is a smooth drinking stout that is worthy of your decision to have just one more.
