WINE WORLD & SPIRITS has three unique event spaces for your private functions!
Wine World’s “Gallery” is a private room that is quiet and intimate, the perfect setting for a board meeting, class, rehearsal dinner, small gathering, or photo shoot! The room fits 20 people standing comfortably or 16 seated.
Wine World’s “VIP Lounge” is the perfect event space for functions ranging from 20-75 people. This private, comfortable room has a great view and ambiance. The VIP Lounge has flat screen TV’s and a sound system, and large screens and projectors for movies or presentations. Two portable, circular bars can set the stage for gathering of friends or to display product or serve food from! This room is commonly used for networking functions, birthday parties, private wine tastings, rehearsal dinners, and small fundraisers. The event space comes with cocktail tables, comfortable leather chairs, and banquet tables as well. This room is our most commonly requested space with it’s view of downtown Seattle, Portage Bay, and Mt. Rainier!
Check out the Ballroom at WINE WORLD! Our 4,000 sq. ft. event space is perfect for networking functions, charity fundraisers, trade shows, large dinners, or business conferences. The Ballroom is an open space with floor to ceilings windows, which adjoins with the VIP Lounge for a small intimate private function that can also host a party from 10-50 comfortably.
The room can be expanded to host up to 200 reception style or 150 seated. The chandeliers add a touch of class to a casual and comfortable space. While we don’t have a full kitchen, we allow all caterers to provide the food of your choice to meet your needs and budget.
